You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Vibecheck. We respect your privacy and will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to: delete-my-data@vibecheck.io

Please include the following in your request:

• Your X/Twitter username associated with your Vibecheck account
• The email address linked to your account (if applicable)
• A clear statement that you wish to delete your data

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will delete:

• Your account profile and associated information
• Your connection data and history
• Any content you have submitted through the Services
• Usage data and analytics associated with your account

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or to resolve disputes.

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process the deletion within 30 days. If we need additional time or information to verify your request, we will notify you.
